  • We do not provide return shipping labels; you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
  • Please include either your order invoice or a slip of paper listing your name, email, and order number inside your return package. Without this, we will be unable to refund your order. 
  • You are free to use your preferred mail carrier. We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or failure to deliver on the part of your chosen carrier.
  • We will process your refund when we receive your items, at which point you’ll receive an immediate email confirmation. 

Replacement

  • If you need to replace any of the items you’re returning, please complete the steps for a return listed above, and place a new online order for your replacement pieces.
  • Feel welcome to use your unique code for Free Shipping, located at the bottom of your original order invoice.

We accept returns and fulfill replacements of new and unworn items for 6 months after purchase with the exception of clearance items, which are final sales. 

Worn, used, or damaged items will be held without refund and not reshipped.

We will replace a defective item within 1 month of delivery. Replacement pieces for defective items will be the same size as originally purchased.
