We accept returns and exchanges of new and unworn items for 6 months after purchase.    

All clearance items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for clearance items.  

We will replace a defective item within 12 months of purchase. The replacement item will be the same size as originally purchased.  

Returns

Store Customers:  

  • Return your item(s) to the returns bin located in the store in Cooke Hall (HLS – Spring Meadows,10901 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY).       The store is open year round Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM. Instructions are posted on the returns bin.
  • You will receive an email after we have processed your return.  

Online Customers:   

  • Package and mail back your items using your most convenient shipping carrier to:

  • We do not provide return shipping labels and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.  
  • We will process your refund after we receive your items.  You will receive an email with this confirmation.  

 

Exchanges

Store Customers:

  • Complete the steps for a return listed above.
  • Shop in the store and complete a new order form for the new items.

Online Customers:

  • Complete the steps for a return listed above.
  • Place a new online order and use your free shipping code located at the bottom of your original order invoice.
